Primary Classroom Teacher
FULL TIME TEACHER
STA is seeking a devout Catholic candidate with a love of children, a desire to inspire wonder, and a capacity to model virtue in the classroom. Experience teaching phonics and early literacy is preferred. This mission-driven teacher possesses a unique talent for inspiring our youngest students with unending enthusiasm, hard work, and a deep sense of Catholic joy. Desired candidates should have experience with teaching children ages 6-9, a knowledge and appreciation of the Catholic intellectual tradition, classical and liberal arts pedagogy, and a spirit of adventure.

Middle School Teacher
FULL TIME TEACHER
Our ideal candidate is a devout Catholic with a deep commitment to his or her faith and a teaching concentration in math and/or science. He or she will build close-knit connections with students, families, and faculty and help foster a culture of spiritual devotion at the school. This mission-driven teacher has a unique talent for inspiring students with unending enthusiasm, hard work, and Catholic joy. Desired candidates should have experience with children ages 11-14, a knowledge and appreciation of the Catholic intellectual tradition, classical and liberal arts pedagogy (preferred), and a spirit of adventure.

Head of Academics and Culture
Full Time Administrator
Saint Thomas Aquinas Academy is searching for a motivated, mission-aligned individual to join our faculty as the Head of Academics and Culture. The role includes leading professional development initiatives and providing sustained curricular support to teachers and staff. The ideal Head of Academics and Culture has a deep knowledge of classical education and is an excellent communicator and leader. Deeply rooted in the Catholic faith, he or she embodies its essence and faithfully imparts it to the STA community by fostering rich liturgical practices and a flourishing sacramental life.

Director of Admissions and Advancement
St. Thomas Aquinas Academy is searching for an energetic, positive, mission-aligned individual to join our team. The Director of Admissions and Advancement acts as an ambassador for prospective families, helping them navigate the admissions process, form an impression of our school, and understand our mission. The Director of Admissions and Advancement is also the person who cultivates and forms relationships with partners and prospective donors. Other duties include assisting with daily school operations. The ideal person serving in this role both embodies and communicates the mission of STA to current and prospective parents, students, visitors, donors, and stakeholders.

Performing Arts Teacher
Part TIME TEACHER
STA is seeking a performing arts educator who possesses a love of theatre as well as the capacity to organize and implement events and productions. He or she should be a devout Catholic with a passion for forming children in the Catholic liberal arts tradition. Desired candidates should have experience with teaching children, a knowledge and appreciation of the performing arts, and a spirit of adventure.

Substitute Teacher
Our ideal candidate is a devout Catholic with a deep commitment to his or her faith and some experience teaching or coaching children. Fingerprinting and background checks will be performed. Instructors will be contacted on an as-needed basis once they have been interviewed, hired and trained.
