Tony Arza: An advocate for metaphysical discourse in the public sphere, Dr. Arza is a faculty member whose work emphasizes that a philosophically formed education is vital to a flourishing civilization. He holds his doctorate from the John Paul II Institute at the Catholic University of America, with his dissertation titled: The Fate of North America: George Grant’s Concept of a Civilizational Destiny. More than simply a set of complex procedural issues, his work tries to illuminate the underlying anthropological and metaphysical presuppositions that animate and shape everyday American life.
He was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to the Florida Virtual Board of Trustees, where he currently serves as Vice Chair. He also works as President of an education consulting firm and serves on multiple education specific boards in the State of Florida.
