Dean of Curriculum and Pedagogy
Full Time Administrator
Seeking a motivated, mission-aligned individual to join our faculty as the Dean of Curriculum and Pedagogy. This role includes providing professional development, coaching, support and feedback for all areas related to successful teaching and learning. The ideal Dean of Curriculum and Pedagogy has a deep knowledge of classical education and pedagogy; is an excellent communicator and leader who guides teachers to pursue excellence in their craft; engages families in meaningful learning partnerships; and partners with the Head of School on implementing systems that support high quality instruction.

Middle School Teacher
FULL TIME TEACHER
Our ideal candidate is a devout Catholic with a deep commitment to his or her faith and a teaching concentration in math and/or science. He or she will build close-knit connections with students, families, and faculty and help foster a culture of spiritual devotion at the school. This mission-driven teacher has a unique talent for inspiring students with unending enthusiasm, hard work, and Catholic joy. Desired candidates should have experience with children ages of 11-14, a knowledge and appreciation of the Catholic intellectual tradition, classical and liberal arts pedagogy, and a spirit of adventure.

Primary Classroom Teacher
Full Time Teacher
Seeking a primary teacher to implement a Montessori inspired kindergarten. Our teacher will form children in a space where love for the Lord and love for neighbor is lived out through play-based methods and through the implementation of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd as our faith formation model.

Music & Drama Teacher
Part time Teacher
Seeking an enthusiastic and faith-filled music & drama instructor. This teacher will inspire a love for music and drama in students through encounter with sacred, classical, and traditional folk music as well as poetry and theater.

As Needed
Saint Thomas Aquinas Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and highly-motivated substitute teacher who can offer a daily and positive witness of his or her faith for Pre-K3 through 6th Grade students. Desired candidates should have experience with children, a knowledge and appreciation of the Catholic intellectual tradition, and a spirit of adventure. Important characteristics include: classroom management skills and the ability to collaborate on a team.
